Dear Parents!

The New Year introduces changes to all areas of life, including the life of our school. Throughout the past year, we have been searching for various directions for the development and transformation of our school.

You know that our priority is high quality education and an individual approach to each student. We strive to create an environment where every child can develop their talents and satiate their needs. Therefore, in 2024, we are introducing a new format for school management: we are dividing it into junior and senior schools. This process occurred almost naturally since different tasks and raising different generations require different approaches. Each school will have its own principals and its own administrative staff.

The spatial separation of schools will allow for a high-quality and a more individual approach to the preparation of each student. Mr. Bakhadir Rismetov will be the director of the senior school, and Mr. Daulet Niyazov will be the director of the junior school. I believe that both candidates possess sufficient experience and qualifications necessary to achieve their goals. They are the ones who will be able to create an environment in which our children will grow up harmoniously.

The job responsibilities of the principals will expand, which will allow them to solve new problems related to the development of the school and the students.

A new approach to management will enable primary school students to comfortably adapt to the new environment, and high school students will be able to focus on university application.

In senior school, we create a special, pre-university, working environment that will allow high school students to prepare for admission to one of the top-10 universities in the world, and at the moment this is one of our priorities. Brilliant graduates of the top-10 universities will return to their homeland and will be able to work for the benefit of our country!

I am convinced that teachers, not its walls, make a school. Therefore, we pay special attention to staff training. In the new year, we are launching Shoqan Academy, a forge of the new qualified teachers and managers. Shoqan Academy will be headed by Mr. Oleg Pak, a person with extensive managerial and teaching experience. In this way, we will be able to resolve issues related to the quality of our education and qualified personnel.

We are entering the new year 2024 with optimism and new plans. We are confident that this year will be successful for all of us: parents, teachers and our students!
