Starting the fifth year, we look back with pride on the road we have walked, realizing that we have achieved a lot. However, as a visionary school, we continue to confidently move forward, full of ambition and striving for new heights.

Our priority is high quality education and an individual approach to each student. We create conditions for each child to reveal their talents and develop in accordance with their needs.

From the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year, together with our colleagues from Russia, we are implementing personalized education.

Personalized education is considered effective because it is aimed at achieving results by each student. It is planned that the school team, with the support of an invited team of Russian experts in the field of personalized education, will gradually master and implement advanced pedagogical technologies for effective education. Personalization and focus on the interests, needs and characteristics of each student, as well as assistance in achieving their goals is a global trend in education that meets the challenges of the modern world, where digital technologies, economics and production are rapidly developing.

The labor market requires creative, proactive, independent and responsible people who are able to quickly adapt and master new skills. Mr. Rakishev and I, as the founders of the school, the administration and teachers, have set ourselves ambitious goals to create an education model that will meet the interests and needs of each child.

On August 28, our school held a large-scale pedagogical council, at which I and the school principals announced to the staff the tasks related to the transition to personalized education. On the same day, a team of experts, led by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Elena Bulin-Sokolova, held an immersion seminar for us. The seminar discussed issues of improving school culture, professional development of teachers, mastering tools for effective education and developing new teaching materials and assessment tools.

By the end of the calendar year, each department will hold scientific and methodological seminars, and at the end of October the teachers will go through and advanced training course. The teaching staff, together with experts, will develop a step-by-step plan for the transition to a model of effective education in order to provide each student with the opportunity to realize their potential.

I am sure that we are on the right track and, knowing my colleagues and the team of experts, I believe in the success of the work we have begun!
